THIS DAY. [Before A. J. Allom, Esq , Registrar in ••* Bankruptcy.] BE T. HEALY. Mr Braisey applied under the Debtors and Creditors Act 1876, on behalf of Gr. W. Owen and Com of Auckland, T. Healy of Brown street, fruiterer, be adjudicated a bankrupt. There being no appearance of Mr Healy the registrar made the statutory order, and fixed the third of May as the day on which the bankrupt should submit to be examined by the Court, and further appointed 21st of April as the daLe for the first meeting of creditors. This was all the business.
