This day. The Governor returned from his Southern tour at 10-30 this morning. Mr Hutchinson, M.H.R., for the City will address his constituents on Tuesday. Mr Bracken, Deputy Grand Master of the American Order of Oddfellows, delivered a lecture lust evening, subject being "A Night with Lover." The Hon. Mr Dick occupied the Chair. The lecture was in aid of the Wellington Working Mens'Club. The steamer Penguin which left at two this morning has not yet arrived, the ordinary passage is 5 hours.
