Hanlon Scratched.

The International Begatta for £1000 worth of prizes, given by the American Hop Bitters Company, commences tomorrow on the Thames.

Four heats will be rowed, and afterwards a final contest will take place.

The following it the drawing for the heats:—First—Layoock, Elliott, Hawdon, Barrier (tic); second—Beilly, Wallace, Boss, Largan, and Feby (aie); thirdSmith, Hosmer, Gibson, and Anderson; fourth—Trickett, Nicholson, and Clasper.

The coarse will be between Putney and Cheswick—-the distance of about three

miles.

Hanlon haft been scratched, and wil not take part in the regatta.
