A Cabinet Council was held again yes* terday, bat no decision was come to as to the policy to be pursued in Ireland. The question of holding a winter session of Parliament was also considered, but was likewise left in abeyance. % It has transpired that Mr Chamberlain, President of the Board of Trade, demands of his colleagues that reforms shall be carried out in Ireland, together with the coercire measures which they propose to adopt. i
