(HELLION V. TAIPAII.

This was a claim for £97 damages for that defendant employed plaintiff to sell £258 worth of Insurance shares which he did sell, but defendant afterwards refused to transfer.. Plaintiff then replaced the shares at a higher figure, and now sued for the difference in price. Mr Brassey' appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Miller for the defendant.

Mr Miller at once raised the question of jurisdiction. - His Honor upheld the objection, pointing out to the plaintiff's solicitor that the very same objection had been raised'by himself on a previott occasion, when acting for a defendant in an action, and had then been upheld by. the Court.
