A.O.F. Distriot Lodge.

At the quarterly meeting of the abore Court held in Auckland the following officers were present:—D.O.E. Schofield, D S.C.R. Christmas, D.T. Shepperd, D.B. Smith, D.B. G. Christmas. Delegates representing the Courts at Tauranga, Dargtrille, OnehHnga, Newmarket, Panmure, and Thames. . After the usual quarterly business the following were elected officers for the ensuing 12 months:—D.C.B., •F. Christmas; D. Treasurer, C. Sheppard (re-elected); D. See, J. Smith (reelected); Auditor, C. Abier. A banquet was provided by the Auok> land brethren,vto which all present "were inrited, and a pleasant hour .was (fpent with songs and speeches and mutual' congratulations upon the progress of the Ancient Order of Forresters.
