London September 4. • Parnell and the House of Lords.

In the House of Commons today Parnell's motion that the Irish Begistratiqn of Electors Bill, which has been rejected by the House of Lords, should be tacked to the Appropriation Sill, came again under discussion, and after further debate the motion was rejected.

In the House ,of Lords today, the Hares and Eabbits Bill, which has been also amended by the Commons after receipt of a message the Lords, was again considered. After some discussion the amendments of the Lower House were accepted, and' both bills finally passed. Parliament, it is expected, wiil be prorogued on Tuesday next. Mr Gladstone has returned from a cruise in the Gantley Castle off the coasts of Ireland and Scotland, and is now quite restored to health.
