London, September 2. (Bin the Bouse of Lords yesterday the Registration of Voters (Ireland) Bill, which had passed the House of Commons, was finally thrown out.

Lord Hartington did not approve of this, and suggested that a resolution be passed remonstrating against the action of the House of Lords. Mr Parnell assented to this proposal.
