WESTPORT.

This day.

A fire broke oat last night in a large cottage in Uomalla street, the property of G. Tottenham. Being early in night many people were about, and the fire was got under, after a narrow escape from total destruction. The property was insured in the Victoria, and the house is greatly injured. The fire originated by flames from the fireplace igniting the-wall paper.
