A Dissolution Imminent, In the House of Commons yesterday,
Sir Stafford Northcote (Chancellor of the Exchequer) gave a notice of motion having for its object the puuishment of members that systematically obstruct the business of the House. The motion proposes that members guilty of obstruction shall be temporarily suspended from the privilege of sitting m Parliament. The Standard to-day, alluding to Sir Stafford Northcote's motion hints that the Government will dissolve Parliament unless the obstruction ,can be overcome. London, February 23. Adelaide wheat has further advanced, and to-day was quoted at 59s 6d per 4961b», ex warehouse; Total quantity of wheat afloat for Great Britain is 1,830,000 quarters. Australian tallow is declining. General Roberts received a visit from the representatives of hostile tribes, and is negotiating terms npon which they will surrender. Belief for Ireland.
