The new Ministry formed under the Presidency of Carioli are :—Frey, Minister of Commerce; Magliano, Minister of Finance; Carioli, Minister of Interior; Villa, Minister of Justice; Marsini, Minister of Education ; Baocarini, Minis* tar of Public Works; and Bowclli, Minister of War.
