Storming of Secocoeni's Stronghold.
Barly "Winter in England. The 2Tew Italian Cabinet. London, November 22. Lfiter news from tho Cape states tlrat Sir Garnet Wolseley stormed Secocoeni's stronghold. The aspect'of affairs in the Transraal are less threatening. No wool sales today, owing to the thick fog. There has boon a severe snowstorm in England. Arrivals: Clyde, from Sydney June 27; Harvest Home, from Port Victoria July 30; Queen of Nations, from Sydney July 15. Dublin, November 22. A crowded meeting was held protesting agninst several arrests. Parnell and other leaders of tho Home Rule party were present and condemned the action of the Government. They advised the Irish to persevere, and secure a free land. Home, November 22. The new Ministry formed under the Presidency of Carioli are :—Frey, Minister of Commerce; Magliano, Minister of Finance; Carioli, Minister of Interior; Villa, Minister of Justice; Marsini, Minister of Education ; Baocarini, Minis* tar of Public Works; and Bowclli, Minister of War.
