A Military Movement.
A correspondent writes:—" I have it on good authority that orders have arrived to march to Opunake, and that an important movement is about to be made. The fact of the contractor having provided large supplies afc that place confirms the report."
Information has been received here by letter that the Hon. E. Whiteford intends to contest an election by the wish of a constituency for a seat in the House of Commons in the Home Rule interest.
