THIS DAY. (Before G. N. Brassey, Esq., J.P.) DRUNKENNESS. ~ One person was punished for "this offence. ; IABCENY. ' \ , Barnaby Murphy was charged with stealing a packet of passenger tickets— value, £1 7s 6d; and a clothes brush, hair brush and comb—value, 3s, the property of Capt. Miller. Defendant pleaded not guilty. Mr Kenny asked for a remand till Tuesday next, which wa3 granted. Court adjourned.. :.
