The following vessels have sailed between March 17th and April Bth:—Boutenbeck, Eleotra, Valparaiso, and Mataura forOtago; Adelaide and Harden Castle for Canterbury; Minister, Marine and Langstone for Auckland; Pleione and Pareora for Wellington; Dunkeld for Oamaru. Volunteering is rapidly proceeding for service at the Cape. At Chatham and Portsmouth preparations are being made for the despatch of re-inforcements, and the troopship Euphrates is preparing for the sea.
