Wednesday. At a meeting of citizens this morning the decision come to at a former meeting re a ball to tire Governor was modified. It wat decided to have a ball, tickets the usual price, and refreshment usual kind. A strong sub-committee was appointed to carry out the arrangements. The ball is to be held in the drill shed on Friday night. . ; \
