A NATURALISTS' CLUB.

(To the JEditor of the Evening Star.) Sib,—lt is a wonder to me *2iaU ni. his beautiful and luxuriant climate, a&o'r^fi boundless scope for a Naturalists' Club to develop the science of botany, and give instructive lessons to our youth as well as those bipeds of a larger growth who are not too well versed in that beautiful science, that a club- such as is in existence in Dunedin has not been formed here. To these who have the time at their disposal, a weekly tour of the party headed by a thorough botanist, would be one of the most pleasant of pastimes.—l remain, &c, Diogenes. Thames, 16th Nov.
