The shareholders, after waiting for about a couple of months it crush through want of water, have at last been able to commence. There are about 30 tons at the Coulabah battery, and a similar quantity at the mine, but the shareholders do not expect to get it all crushed unless there is more rain. However, as the extension of the Earaka road will soon be completed, they will be able to got their Btuff to the mills lower down the tramway. At the mine stoping operations are progressing above the drive put in by the City of Adelaide shareholders. The lode is about two feet thick, and the general stuff is estimated to be worth 12 or 14 dwts per ton, which is remunerative. The block now opened is a very extensive .one. ■■..'■■' ""."'" ■
