Memo.—The 'Zealandia, with the London mails of the 28th March, left 'Frisco for Auckland on the' 15th April, contract date. The City of Sydney, from Auckland April 3rd, armed at 'Frisco on the 26th inst. This is a day late by time table, but she was a day behind time in tearing Auckland.

The Maketu Land Court opens to-day at eleven o'clock, : before Judge Halse. There is a'large gathering of Arawas. Auckland land spectators are mustering strongly. The Court will probably be adjourned for a few days.
