WANGANUI.
Wednesday, In the Supreme Cou^fc to-day the Grand Jury threw out a true bill against: Lewis Lyons Levy for arson. A natire named JNioti was found guilty of horse stealing, but sentence was deferred. A boy named Patrick Dea was found not guilty of an indecent assault. Mr Foulis, late of Edinburgh, has been appointed inspector for the Wanganui Education District, at a salary of £400 per annum, and £50 travelling expenses.
