The jury in Hyatt's case has been locked up liuce five o'clock. There appears no likelihood of an agreement.
This day.
In Ryan's trial for murder, the jury, after being locked up all night, could not agree to a verdict. They were equally divided on the issue. The jury were discharged. The Court adjourned till the 29th April.
