The annual meeting of the New Zealand Central District Order of liechabites was held to-day- There were present 21 members from all parts of the colony. The report showed that seven new tents were opened last year, five in Otago, one in Christchurch, one in Hawke's Bay, and also Juvenile Temples in connection with the tents at Wanganui, Waipawa, and Sandon. The increase of members during the year was 280. The Treasurer's reports showed that the total. rick and funeral fund was £2421;' contingent fund, £22 ; total tent and district funds, £3495, being an increase during the year of £866. To 33 sick members £373 had been paid.
