(Before W. Fraser, Esq.; R.M.) UNLICENSED CART. .
. William Parker was charged with unilawfuliy permitting an unlicensed cart to ply for hire within the Borough; : ' Defendant pleaded guilty. He had a license for two wrts, and being pressed for time on Saturday he had used a spare cart.
Fined 10s and costs.
His Worship said he. wished it to be known that if anyone came up again he would make fche fine heavier. " 'j'" "-'' ..Cquit adjourned. ;.. •" C /
