ray Smith abd Sir Bryan O'Loughlan were sworn in.
Mr Berry gave notice of motion for tomorrow, that in cou3cquence of thcincpn^ , venience of the Legislative Cbunoil's rejection of the Appropriation Bill, the payment of moneys voled by the Assembly bo nindc without such bill, in conformity with the practice of 1870.
