(Ba^ore His Honor F. I). Fenton, Esq., District Judge.) MAETIN V. AIAHSBT. This was a claim for £21 3s 6d, balance of account. Mr Brassey appeared for the plaintiff, and said he would be satisfied with a judgment for £20 and eosls. '.1 he plain tiff then proved the debt. Judgment for the plaintiff £20, and costs'£6 6s. LEDIARD V. CKIBb! This wa3 a claim for £25 4s Id, balance of accountsMr Brassey stated that he had an agreement signed by both parties that they would abide by the decision of Mr MacFarland, architect. This was agreed to. CALDBB V. PERENIKI TE KOKAKA. This was a claim for £70. money due. Mr Dodd for Die plaintiff said he believed that judgment was confessed. Judgment by confession £70, with costs £410. NATIONAL BANK V. GILLON. .This was an interpleader summons. Mr Macdonald said that the complainant. Me Liver was present, and said jtbat it w^s settled. McLiver staled that he had been given to understand that the case was settled, and was willing to withdraw it. Case withdrawn. , BANK OF NEW ZEALAND T. ANNIE G.M CO. This was a claim for £87 2s 4d, balance of account. Mr Dodd, instructed by the directors, confossedjudgment, which was given with costs £5 10s. . Mr Macdonald applied for immediate execution, and Mr Dodd making no objection it was granted. APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATOR. This was an application for the appointment of liquidator in the matier of the winding up of the New Exchange G.M.Co. Mr Macdonald applied that Mr E. M. Mitchell be < he liquidator, and that all the books and papers of the company be handed over to him. -Application granted. -
