r THIS DAY. , (Before W. Eraser, Esq., Warden.) APPLICATIONS FOE WATEE EIGHTS. The Warden heard the applications for water'rights in the Warden s Court this morning. • COOK AND PABTT This application was granted, there being no opposition. BEECHE AND PARTY.
Mr Tyler appeared for applicants. la this case an objection had been lodged by Mr Macky, but he stated that the objection would be withdrawn ontjpondition of Mr Beeche removing the point oftliyersion to the, end of his (Mr Macky'»y race. • \. , ' Mr Tyler said Mr • Macky had committed a breach of faith, as both parties had agreed that neither would object, in spite of which Mr Macky 1 had impaeJdiately lodged an objection. V SCANLAN —WAEDEIE. Mr Macdonald appeared for the objector, Wardell. On .the Pakirarahi (Wardell's) claim coming on, His Worship said he was under the impression that the objection of MacDonnell had been lodged too late. Both cases were adjourned to the 29th instant. . CAMEBON—KENNAST. , In this case Keonan objected to the lease of Cameron, and vice versa, the case arising out of an overlap. Both adjourned to the 21st insti The Court then adjourned.
