Nathaniel Willett was charged with having been drunk and disorderly in Pollen street. Skortland, on the 2nd inst. Fined 2Gs, or 48 hours' imprisonment. Kenneth Brown applied for the transfer of the license of the Court House Hotel, to Sylvester B. Percy. Application granted. CIVIL SIDE. There were several civil cases, but none of them involving any point of public interest. They were variously disposed of. ,
