Deeds of arrangements with j the creditors of P. A. Phillips, Isaac ■Harrison and J. Allender were registered.

T John Thompson, charged with embezzlement of various sumsof money from ■ Quiclrfwas again (brought lip at the} Police iCourt. The firßt witness was Frank * Quick, who deposed to giving the prisoner ; various sums of money to bank, which he jhad not done.
