A seaplane conveying tho Italian Under-Secretaries of War and Air from Italy to Tripoli, fell into the sea. The Under-Secretaries were rescued by a merchant ship and •transferred- to the warship Queen Elizabeth, until the arrival of an Italian destroyer. No one was hurt.' .
