WARM WEATHER.
' ! DUNEDIN SWELTERING. By Telegraph—Press Association. DUNEDIN, April 12. Dunedin is experiencing a spell of very warm weather, which is very exceptional for this season of tilts year. On -Sunday the city, sweltered in cheat equal to mid-summer, and the Conditions were even warmer to-day, when the barometer readings were 59 and 74 degrees, minimum and maximum respectively. Very little rain has fallen in the city this month.
