Geoffrey Russell, the baby boy pn whom the case centred, will apply through iiis guardian to have lii.s claim established as the legitimate sou of Russell, who is heir to Lord Amphill. After two years’ litigation, involving £40,000, the Russells are still legally man and wife. Geoffrey Russell was never a partner to the action, but it is understood the coming action is being brought to establish Die baity’s claim for all time.
