Dr. Ireland (.Surgeon General) and Mr Davis (Secretary of AVar) have recommended to the State Department (hat the United States participate in tiie Tropical Medical Conference in Melbourne in J 927. Mr Davis lias asked the Philippine Government whether it will participate.
