He hoped the Dominion hospitals would continue to receive much benefit from the knowledge gained and imparted through the interchange of in-' tcrnnhional viewpoint by representa-, fives from this country visiting ' England, America and other countries to study hospital problems, ns well as by having visitors from abroad to investigate our systemHe appealed to eit.zons to take a deep community pride and interest in their fine hospitals, and co-operate to the fullest extent with tlv. Health Department and Hospital Boards. The main problems fnc ng the system at present, were (1) Too many hospital boards; (2, Lack cf uniform method of staffing of hospitals, embracing as many as possible of practising physicans; (3) The enrlv establishment of llic community bo'pital system, catering for ail so lions of the community though offering different types of accommodation, with a common service to all.
