MEETING OF REFEREES. By Tsligrapli —Press Association. DUNEDIN, April 3. E,ugby referees from all parts of the Dominion met in conference yesterday, Mr D. McKenzie (Wellington), presiding. Rulings were given on a number of specific cases quoted by several Associations. The most outstanding of these were that the advantage rule applies m the case of a throw in from touch; that the signal to indicate that no goal has been kicked should he deleted; that in all kicks at goal the rbferee shall consult his touch judges only when in The annual meeting will be held today.
