Nothing much more was disclosed excepting that the boy Nathan had some few days before had troub'e with his aunt, Mrs To Huia. It is also stated that he had often shown signs of bad temper and was unduly familiar with deceased. The police and a detective, giving evidence, were of opinion that it was clearly a case of murder and suicide. The Coroner returned a verdict that Elizabeth Maisio To Huia died of shock as the result of a gunshot wound, such wound being inflicted by her nephew. _ Whether the wound was inflicted wi'fully or accidentally there is not sufficient evidence to show. Teddy Nathan’s death was due to shock and laceration of tho brain. « the result of a gunshot wound, apparently self inflicted.
