LONDON, May 13
The death ia announced of Lord Milner, foxmerly High Co minis sToner of South Africa, and .a prominent member of the National Government during the war period. Lord Milner, who suffered from sleeping sickness, had been ill for a considerable timo, and recently symptoms manifested themselves that caused the greatest anxiety, his medical attendants holding out little hope of recovery.
