GOLD DISTRICTS BILL.
An official communication lias been received by the Warden from the Superintendent, in which attention is called to the tact that, by a New Zealand Gazette issued on the ‘Oth instant, this goldfield will be brought under the operations of the “ Gold Districts Act ” on and after yesterday, the 22nd January, 1872. Also, that by orders in Council, Wardens’ Courts, etc., have been constituted for the district, and the Superintendent notifies that regulations will be issued forthwith. As yet we have received no copy of the Gazette, nor of the regulations, but, we presume, they will conic to hand before Jong.
