Berlin, Nov. 28. An infernal machine, bearing the Orleans postmark, has been received by Count Caprivi, the German Chancellor. The Emperor William received through the post a package similar to that sent to Chancellor Caprivi. It contained an in fernal machine, but the timely discoveiy of the nature of the contents prevente an explosion.: Ihe package, like that received by Count Onpriyi, bore the Orleans postmark. President Carnot, on learning that the packages had been posted in France, urged the authorities to use their utmost endeavours to capture the authors of the plot. Paris, Dec. 2. Two Germans have been arrested in Bourges, the capital of the department of Cher, on suspicion of sending the infernal machines to the Emperor of Germany jjnd the German Chancellor.
