DUNEDIN SPRING MEETING. Though rain fell on Saturday morning the Dunedin Jockey Club were favored with fine weather for the third day of their Spring Meeting. The, attendance was good and <the racing interesting. The sum of £5203 was put through the machines, making a total for the meeting of £14,966, showing a small decrease on last year. Results ; Pacific Hurdles, of 70 sovs; 2 miles —Mr Lunn’s Cajolery, list 31b, 1; Mr Murray-Aynsley’s Justice, 9at 71b, 2; Mr McKay’s Melton, 10st, 3. Won by a neck. Empire fell at the last hurdle.
