Graduates of colleges universities may vote twice, at each election. 4 mm’ned man who lias reached the age of thirty-hvo may also yotu twice. A married man who possesses a certs in specified amount of property may vote three tlpjes. At the present time there are only about 120,000 legal voters in Belgium- U udar the proposed plan there will be 1,200,000 voters, with a voting power of 1,800,000 yotw.
