EUROPEAN TARIFFS.
Pauls, Jan. 3. Le Temps states that France concedes the minimum tariff to Greece, Sweden, and the United States of America, they according France the most favored nation treatment. Jan. 4. The French Government is parleying with Belgium. Holland, Switzerland, and Spain, with the view to the formation of commercial treaties. Lisbon, Jan. 3. Portugal is revising the tariff, with a view to protecting her industries. The most favoured nation clause will be abandoned, and special treaties entered into.
