Oornpton—Claim £1 18s ; judgment summons,—Mr F, Wilson Smith, tor plaintiff, slated that he had that morning received a loiter from, the defendant in which he asked tor a month in winch to pay the whole amounl. —Plaintiff was willing to agree to this, and an order was made for the amount to be paid by that day month, or, in default, a fortaigUt’s imprisonment. A caee, Geraldiue Town Board v„ Trustees of the Volunteer Ha 1 !, foi rales, was adjourned for 14 days.
