Alex. Montgomery t. Kobt. Wood — Claim £2, balance due upon sale of a draj and harness. The plaintiff stated defendant had purchased a dray and harness for £l3, paying £lO 10s in cash and £2 by a cheque drawn by a farmer in the neighborhoad, A receipt in full was given at the time. Tbe cheque was dishonored on presentation, and defendant took it back, promising to get it made good. He had not done sa. The defendant admitted the correctness of plaintiff's statement, and judgment was given for amount claimed and cests, 6s.
Etan Vallender v. Geo. Broderick —Claim £4 4s 4£d. Mr Aspinall for plaintiff. Judgment for amount claimed arid costs, The Court then rose.
