Berlin, April 18. It is understood Von Caprivi and Count Kalnoky have formerly revived the Triple Alliance, and it is hoped England will co-operate. The Russian Government will subsidise the Danubian Steamship Company on condition their vessels are available os warships. Btjda Pesth, April 13. Hie Pesther Lloyd pro'esfs against continued massing of Russian troops on the Austrian frontier. This miserable policy of provocation unsettled the Balkan St ates, and endangers peace to an extent which it is impossible to endure much longer. Rome, April 13. The Pope has despatched Gehllemberti to Berlin to assist Von Oaprivi in negotiating with the clerical party. At the suggestion ot the Kaiser an encyclical letter will shortly be issued advocating a general disarmament.
