SHOCKING MURDER.

St, Petersburg, March 7

A parcel has been delivered at the Governor’s office, Moscow, which, oh being opened was found to contain a woman's head. The parcel was accompanied by a letter in which it was stated that this was only the first of a series of similar exploits, and it was the intention of the person who bad committed the murder to outdo in point of number and brutality the crimes perpetrated by Jack the Ripper in Whitechapel, ihe remainder of the woman’s body was found in two sacks. Several arrests haye been made in connection with the affair. It is believed that the victim had betrayed some of the Nihilists.
