A. Secretary's Fad.— The production of two full crops in twelve months is rather a rare experience, but such has been accomplished in a roundabout way by the secretary of the Gore Farmers’ wuo. In spring we mentioned in a local note that » consignment of the new « °*a P°^ afc °i which had been lifted in Scotland in September, bad arrived at Gore and been planed at the end of October, the result is a luxuriant and most prolific crop. We understand that the grower has this week returned a parcel of th« produce to the Old Country, which will be planted on arrival, and doubtless another crop will be ready by next October That surely should be ‘ a change of seed ’ —Mat aura Ensign. ’ ,
