Testoka—Monday, August 5, 1889. [Before K. F. Gray and J. T. M. Hayhurst, EBqs., J.P.'s cira CABES. "W". 0. Eoulston v. John Lynch— Claim 158 3d.—Judgment by default for amount claimed and costs. John Cooper v. John BarrettClaim 8s 7d.—Judgment by default for amount claimed and costs. Job Brown v. Catherine Lynch— Claim £2 8s 10d.—Since the issue of the summons £1 had been paid.— Judgment for £1 8s lOd, and coßts 13s. James Patrick v. George Husband —Claim £8 ss.—Judgment Bummons. Mr Aspinall appeared for plaintiff, and examined defendant as to his means. He was possessed of no property, but was im steady employment, earning 20s a week and board. Ee bad not been able to pay anything off the judgment, owing to pressure of other creditors. He was prepared to pay a small sum monthly. The Bench were of opinion that the amount might have been reduced if defendant had made an effort during harvest. He was ordered to pay 20a v a month, the first payment to be made by the 2nd September. In default one month's imprisonment. The Court then rose.
