London, November 19. Sir H. A. Blake states that be is prepared, if required, to go to' Queensland ; to live down the hostility now shown towards him, and to prove that he is unbiassed in polities. The Rt. Stephen’s Review states that the Cabinet have decided that Sir H, A, Blake shall not go to Queensland, and are prepared to inform colonial Ministers of the names of Governors before they are finally appointed. Sydney, November 22.
