PARNELL COMMISSION.
London, November 21. Edward Harrington was fined £SOO for contempt of the Times-Parnell Commission for publishing an article in the Kerry Sentinel accusing the Commission of being biassed. j
The proceedings of the League in K*rry. formed the -subject of evidence before the Times-Parnell Commission to-day. The son of Curtin, was boycotted and eventually murdered, admitted that he was a member of the League, but did not believe that the League bad any connection with the murder of his father, raaufice, whose father also tell a victim to agrarian outrage, was one of ’ the witnesses examined. Mr , Leonard, agent for Lord Kenmare, gave testimony as to the punishment of tenants for paying rent and “ land grabbing.” These outrages begon at Killarney after by Messrs Parnell and O’Donoghua. After violent speeches by Messrs O’Brien, Healey, and E. Harrington, outrages increased in number |Bnd violence. ,
