Mr John H. Baker, Ooumissionar of Grown Lands, held a sale of town and rural sections at the Courthouse, Temuka, yesterday. There was only a small attendance, and literally no competition. Only in one instance was there any advance upon the upset price of £7 10s for sections in Aro,whenua. The rural lots were all withdrawn.
