The gas company has sent to England for coal, and increased the price of gas.

The coalminers of Brunn-rton, sd«pecling that the tTnion Cf'.’s’Pnkaki icoming here to load coal for Melbourne, have resolved if that ia so to refuse to load her. They are much interested in the Newcastle strike.-but it is generally believed that, they'.will not refuse to load other than Australian boats.
